Tomatoes and mushrooms
This recipe can be a bruschetta topping, a pasta sauce, or can simply be eaten just as it is! Let’s see how we can make it?
“Paris mushrooms”, or some other of your preference.
1 clove of garlic,
Salt and pepper,
Olive oil or butter to stir fry everything.
How to do it:
Cut mushrooms in slices, dice the tomatoes and chop garlic and parsley.
Put the olive oil/butter in a really hot pan and stir fry the mushrooms and garlic until they turn a little more golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In the same pan, do the same thing with the tomatoes and parsley. Just for a little while, since we don’t want them to lose lots of water.
